A young woman was sexually harassed by a man who groped her without her consent while she was walking down the streets of the Benito Juárez borough with her pet. The victim was walking her dogs on 15th Street near the corner of Río Becerra in the Ampliación Nápoles neighborhood when she was intercepted by the attacker. The young woman reported that she was walking her dogs in the Benito Juárez borough, distracted with her phone when the man surprised her by grabbing her buttocks without her consent. In a video shared by the young woman with journalist Carlos Jiménez, it can be seen how the man approached her and touched her while passing by with her pets. The attacker, who was wearing a long-sleeve violet shirt, dark pants, and a black cap, took advantage of the young woman's distraction to commit the assault. After the incident, the young woman managed to obtain images of the harasser to file a complaint with the authorities and spread his image on social media in order to locate him. Subsequently, the young woman filed a complaint against the man who harassed her with the authorities, according to Carlos Jiménez. If one is a victim of sexual harassment, one can proceed to file a complaint with the Public Ministry, the Special Prosecutor's Office for Crimes of Violence against Women, or the Federal Attorney for Labor Defense. In light of this incident, the police continue the search for the attacker to bring him to justice for the crime of abuse.
